Due to the handmade nature of our boutique business, returns will not be accepted unless there is a defect in workmanship. In the unlikely case of a defect in workmanship, the customer will be expected to ship the item(s) back to rowanoak & co. Once received, rowanoak & co will inspect the item and, if a defect is detected, will refund the full purchase amount plus the amount of the return shipping to the customer via the original form of payment. Please note that rowanoak & co will not be held responsible for orders/packages lost once an order is dropped off at the post office to be sent and a tracking number is provided to the customer. Please also take note of turnaround times. We work hard to fill orders as efficiently as possible. Provided that rowanoak & co is within the estimated turnaround window noted on each product page, a refund will not be issued due to the customer's desire to have their order sooner.
